DECISION OF THE 36TH FESTIVAL OF SOLO PERFORMANCES AND MIME
36th Festival of Solo Performances and Mime was held in The Theatre "Pinokio", Zemun, from 1st to 3rd of July 2011.
9 performances participated in the competition (6 solo performances and 3 mimes).
Festival was attended by three juries. Here are their decisions:
Jury of experts consisting of Ljiljana Lasic, actress and a play writer (chairman of the jury), Marica Vuletic, actress and Slobodan Ninkovic, actor, unanimously has decided to award Carlos Concha – Spain, with gold medal Maja Dimitrijevic for solo performance Medea, directed by Rosario Arena.
Also unanimously the jury awarded Makoto Inoue from Japan with gold medal for his mime performance Richard.
The audience jury consisting of Djordje Aćimović, chairman of the jury, Miodrag Dabižić, Mihajlo Dašić, Maša Samardžinski and Ružica Ćirić, unanimously has decided to award Carlos Concha – Spain, with the audience award Siniša Dašić, for the play Medea.
Jury for inventiveness consisting of Maja Volk, chairman of the jury, Aleksandar Ilic and Vladimir Tomasevic, unanimously has decided to award performance Richard, by Makoto Inoue, Japan. Award is assigned for funny, undisturbed and imaginative use of sound dramaturgy combined with body expression, which achieved psychologically perfect interpretation on Shakespeare's Richard III.
