Domagoj Pintarić is a stand-up comedian from Zagreb. He has been doing stand-up comedy for the last eight years, during which he has performed in over ten countries, in front of a hundred thousand viewers. He has won several international awards and accolades. In 2012, he won the jury award at the Lent festival in Maribor. In 2014 he won Best Comedy Club Stand-Up Comic at Stand-up Adria Awards in Skopje. He has performed in all regional stand-up comedy festivals and has had solo performances throughout the region, as well as touring hundreds of cities with various comedy groups and colleagues. He participated at international comedy festivals in Bath and London. In addition to England, he has also performed at comedy festivals in Switzerland and Hungary. On Croatian television, Doma TV, he had his own show ‘Pod pravim kutom’. He has collaborated and performed in numerous TV projects such as sketches, stand-up acts and actor appearances. He has also written satirical texts for News bar portal. He started doing comedy during his years at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb. Due to growing commitments he gave up on his studies and devoted himself entirely to comedy in all forms, from sketches to stand-up acts and working on TV shows and films.
